First Citizens is accepting applications for the position of VP Compliance Administrator at our Mason City, IA office. Accountabilities of this position will be to lead the development, coordination and training of all Bank aspects of compliance, ensuring policies and procedures comply with the appropriate laws and regulations. The successful candidate will serve as the Bank Secrecy Act Officer as well as Community Reinvestment Act Officer.
•Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/ag business or related field required. •Five years of banking experience or Master’s degree preferred. •Compliance certification such as CBAP, CCBCO or CRCM or the ability to obtain required. •Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to lead training and make presentations. •Previous supervisory experience preferred. •Computer skills in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer programs.
