Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), the largest national trade association representing community banks, is seeking an experienced sales representative to expand ICBA membership, and to promote and market ICBA’s large suite of product and services solutions to both member banks and non-members. The position will be based within the assigned territory (which includes Colorado, Kansas, and Nebraska), and requires frequent travel to visit financial institutions throughout the assigned territory.
The position requires a BA degree, plus a minimum of 5 years financial services sales experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding member/client service; strong attention to detail; ability to build relationships and close sales; and both willingness and availability to travel frequently throughout the region are essential. The ideal candidate will have established senior level contacts in community banks within the assigned territory.
