Summary: Performs a wide range of duties regarding construction loans-booking, processing, disbursing of funds, title search, maintaining files
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Complies and analyses data for construction loan requests •Books loans to FISERV system and reviews for accuracy •Processes construction loan advances on system; receives title rundown and inspections from title company and inspector prior to advancing funds •Controls disbursement of construction loan proceeds as work on project progresses and performs file maintenance on construction loans in the system as needed •Reviews title searches for unpaid liens, insurance coverage and other reports as appropriate •Reviews all escrow documents for completeness and accuracy •Processing loan payment and reviews to insure all items were posted properly *Ensures that insurance coverage is maintained on all loans. Orders insurance as required •Maintains department files •Maintains regular contact with bank customers to resolve account problems as they arise •Performs various other duties as needed
